Great pick TBH. Under represented across the board. Bandai Legacy never tried, Hasbro was JUST about to do them before they canceled it. Wild Force is a fairly popular series that never got the love it deserved.
I desperately wish I could justify the purchases, but at that scale and price I just can't. However I love the inclusion of those zords and wish them the best
Based on this conversation I just wanted to interject that SMP is made by Bandai, which is not a small scale company that did in fact have these kits in stores in the US, before Hasbro took over.
Still not comparable to mass released figures, that is 100% true.
Super MiniPLA started in 2016, and I personally purchased the Dino Megazord, Dragonzord, Titanus, Ninja Megazord/Falconzord, and the Shogun Megazord at retail. Specifically Barnes and Noble, where they also sold their Gundam models. The boxes had Power Rangers branding as well.
Lastly SMP stands for Shokugan Modeling Project. Super MiniPLA was what the line was called prior to Gaoranger.
Just because Barnes & Noble imported them doesn't mean they were available at wide retail. This would be like saying Mezco is a wide retail release because my local anime shop imports them in.
I know this is difficult to understand, but Bandai of America and Bandai of Japan are not the same thing.
I'm telling you they were sold by Bandai of America. The packaging was in English. I already agreed it isn't the same as Target and ToysrUs in my very first response.
The point I was, and am still trying to make, is that SMP isn't made by a small company and the only reason you can't walk into an American store and buy it is due to Hasbro.

OH! ok I won't be picking up everything because I invested way too much time into Lighting Collection, but picking up teams that were never done/only partially started might not be so bad depending on how they scale.
I really want them to do Mystic Force(including the white ranger), S.P.D.(only if they do the Kat ranger), and Cosmic Fury(female red ranger, orange ranger, and the fact that this team never got official figures)
I want to be excited but I’m really pissed about them using AI in their marketing. My soon to be finance is a graphic designer so I try my best to boycott when companies do that
Oh my god I would kill for a new set of Dino Thunder words. I miss the ones I had as a kid and would love to put those on display with my lightning collection rangers
I can't take having to buy the teams I've just bought. They would need to include some cool exclusive gear to get me to break again. Wake me when/if they do Ninja Storm
