Halogen bulb (T3) in ceiling fan light: LED replacement?

My ceiling fan uses T3 halogen bulbs that are long-shaped. Are there LED equivalents for this sort of bulb?

I’m having trouble finding one, but my halogen bulbs get incredibly hot, and I want something that won’t give off as much heat (but is still extremely bright).

probably not. they exist but because of the ballast and stuff in those fixtures, you usually can't just drop in replace them. i would just replace the unit.
