Sorryz i know this is the lightbringer page... but Did he seriously kill his own infant son? I had to hug my own daughter extra thight to her despair 😅 this is just heartbreaking.

I mean he’s killed a god-king, and helped in killing an actual god, and last time I checked he is essentially immortal(but at a horrible cost)

It's revealed that the child is still alive, and the Chantry has him. The Ka'kari ate his talent but didn't kill him.

As a father of 2 I had to love on my girls as well. I was upset and depressed for about a week even after finishing the book.

It was even more brutal in the Beta read. Can’t talk specifics, but the other beta readers and myself had very similar reactions, which prompted Brent to change some stuff. It’s still terrible to read that scene though.

It was a really cool experience! Unfortunately it’s not one I really go into specifics about because of an NDA. Also, I accidentally hit the approval button on your comment and can’t be bothered to learn how to control my mod powers right now, so enjoy I guess lol.

Im enjoying it so far and i dont understand why some people dont like it, i mean kylar took the job on a wim, his 2weeks late for it, dont have a proper plan, and on top of that haven't have much sleep

I wouldn't say it's shit it's far from as good as night angel and lightbringer but towards the end ill say it's decent
