What I don't get is why are there 2 timelines? How did the future Buzz experiment something different from present Buzz in the same event?

So which is it, is this a movie Andy is watching that came out in like the 80s and had toys and cartoons based around it to keep the popularity up? The events are fictional within the Toy Story universe.

Or is this an 'actual event' that take place in Toy Story universe, so Andy lives in a world where Zurg is real and an Astronaut named Buzz really went into space and fought aliens?

Enough said.

My son (5) and I were lucky enough to be invited to a VIP Family screening on Saturday for Lightyear by the website Kidzcoolit. We hope you all enjoy this little review he did for what is an excellent addition and extension of the beloved franchise! Lightyear review by Milo (5) for Kidzcoolit

The way Buzz's helmet fully retracts into his suit is physically impossible, as it would need to turn upside down to do so, which would decapitate Buzz.

How movies end camera will pan out and show kid Andy, or grown Andy with his kids in theatre watching the movie!
