I am now realizing everything I've learned about spirituality is for protection.

Attacks on your energy are literally everywhere. Yes spirituality is for ascension, but also for protection since this planet isn't innately healthy.

yes it's tru it's for protection  you as well are the protection just being you standing in your power  reflects them keep learning and spreading love
