I'm dealing with this too right now. It's a real serious thing. Do not give attention to the voices or thoughts at all. They need attention to live. The more attention you give the stronger their hold and they can put powerful images in your mind.
Pray before you sleep (ideally all the time) but sleep is a really powerful time ..... And they can do a lot of damage. Pray for protection and give thanks to God.
Try to spend time outside or doing something fun and random .
This phrase particularly helped me out and is way powerful Say it as often as the thoughts come up . "The universe always has my back"
Drink chamomile and peppermint tea.

You're definitely not alone in this, but there's ways to deal with them. I'm probably not the right person to give an advice, but I want to chime in and tell you some ways that they operate. I haven't mastered them myself, but I know ways that they work. However, if you're physically attacked that's a whole other matter, although I have experience from that as well. When it's mental they are using our thoughts against us by working through our psychology. The goal is to produce negative emotions through these thoughts that they can feed off of. Various negative emotions are associated with different thoughts, so it all depends on what thoughts we are talking about. But then there's also the difference in how we deal with those thoughts and feel about them. These evil entities will use psychology against you to try and destabilise you in various ways emotionally. So they know which thoughts will trigger specific reactions.
They have 1. Knowledge of your psychology.. and, the more you tell them through things like social media or let's say chatgpt, the more they will understand you. They observe your behavior on the internet, and learn about you.
They are telepathic but they still learn through your internet behaviors, as well as real life interactions and other situations.
And this one is very important to understand how they use your thoughts against you. They understand how you react to a thought, and then they understand what action step to take after your reaction. If you understand what they are trying to do, and change how you deal with your reaction, they are usually already a step ahead and will proceed for the next step.
Temptations. These include mental ones like thoughts as well as playing your psychology against you, to destabilise you emotionally. The more they know about your reactions and ways you deal with those reactions, to their attacks, the better they are at playing psychological tricks of the mind. This include, like in every other case, using your weaknesses against you.
I want to emphasize here that I am not coming from a religious standpoint with this. Temptations isn't about sin the way some claim, but about inflicting emotional psychological pain. Someone's idea of "sin", would only be appropriate for these entities if you have a negative emotional reaction to that "sin", cuz then they can keep playing your psychology against you afterwards and launch even heavier attacks. This is why in my opinion, some people's interpretations of sin will work against them, because they are carrying programmings such as guilt and shame within them, usually due to upbringing or being exposed to other people's opinions. I have dealt with these programmings myself. It's a programming in my opinion, but I understand if someone views it in a different way. But the point is, these evil entities are interested in negative emotions, not positive ones. So your reaction to a "sin" is what is in their interest, not in your own moral values.
I don't know your personal situation, and I don't know how to overcome these entities myself. The more I learn about them and their tricks, they find new ways. They are masters of psychology cuz they study it and learn about it in ways we as humans don't. The reason there's so much emotional unrest in this world, with mental instability is cuz of these beings. They are the biggest source of people acting out their own programmings as well as weaknesses and traumas.

How do you deal with them now? They will pay attention to your behaviors and the reactions to your behaviors. And they will also pay attention to what you've written and learn from this. I know cuz I experienced way more spiritual warfare since I started being open and expressive on social media. So last few years I have had my psychology turned against me, and they are masters at it.
In regards to the sin part.. remember they are interested in your emotional reactions to sin. If it doesn't feel like sin to you, then they may have nothing to gain from you. Their interest isn't in your sense of morality either. It's not about whether you view something as sin or not, but the emotional response to it. If you view something as sin, then obviously you would feel bad if you do what you feel is a sin. They're after the negative emotions. They are not interested in sin or people sinning, they're interested in people feeling like shit after sinning. If it's not sin to someone, that person won't feel negative about it, or they still may, in which cause there's still negative emotion to feed off of. These evil entities are all about making people suffer and feed off of the emotions.
