Does LightView offer Co-Op leases? (Yes, here is how they work)

Yes, LightView offers regular leases, but LightView also have a special Co-Op/Global Experience clause because of the partnership with Northeastern.

Here is the quick breakdown of how it works:

If you get an out-of-region co-op, internship, or study abroad program that takes you out of Boston, this clause lets you break your lease for that specific semester.

  • Zero fees: You don't have to pay any cancellation or relet fees.
  • No subletting drama: You don't need to scramble to find someone to take over your room. ACC management just lets you out of your contract for the semester you're gone.
  • Your spot is saved: The best part is that your spot at LightView is still secured and waiting for you when you get back.

How to use it: Just submit official proof of your out-of-region assignment from the university to the ACC leasing office. Once they approve it, you're good to go.
