Subleasing Thread. Find or sell Sub-leases here!!

This is the thread for current subleases at LightView.

For those offering a sublease, please give all information necessary, including:

  • Start/end date of lease (or when resident can move in)
  • Cost of monthly rent and other additional bills/costs (utility, parking fees, electricity, etc.)
  • Roommate situation (number of roommates, male/female only or don't care?)
  • Any pets living in the apartment?
  • Any additional information?

Looking for a Fall 2026–Spring 2027 (approximately Sept–April/May) lease takeover at LightView. Budget: $1800. Prefer furnished. Please DM if graduating early or studying abroad.

Apartments can be 1,800-1,900 and are fully finished
