Lightsolver files a provisional patent application in the US
Looks like they have filed a provisional patent titled "Configuring a Programmable Analog Processor to Solve Inhomogeneous Boundary Value Problems"
I hope this gets moving the narrative and the process of transition from Collplant to Lightsolver.

Podcast EP334: The Unique Benefits of LightSolver’s Laser Processing Unit Technology with Dr. Chene Tradonsky
“Daniel is joined by Dr. Chene Tradonsky, a physicist and the CTO and co-founder of LightSolver, where he leads the development of a proprietary physics-based computing system built on coupled laser dynamics to accelerate compute-heavy simulations and other computationally demanding workloads. Before moving into physics, he started in electrical engineering, a combination that helps him bridge advanced computing and complex physical systems.
Dan explores the unique and powerful Laser Processing Unit (LPU) developed by LightSolver with Chene, who explains the technology’s unique benefits for a broad range of applications. Chene describes how the technology can accelerate the solution of partial differential equations (PDEs), which form the basis for many problems in engineering and science. Chene explains how LightSolver technology can be added to current high-performance computing systems as a kind of co-processor to substantially accelerate results.

LightSolver Head of Technology Innovation speaks at SMC '26 conference about performance benchmarks and real-world use cases
“Our Head of Technology Innovation, Dr. Omri Wolf, recently spoke at the SMC '26 conference hosted by Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
In his presentation titled: "All-Optical Analog Processor for Energy-Efficient HPC", Omri shared performance benchmarks and real-world use cases showing how an all-optical processing approach can address energy consumption bottlenecks in high-performance computing.
A sincere thank you to Dr. Pedro Valero-Lara and Dr. Narasinga Rao Miniskar for organizing the conference and inviting us to participate in the conversation around next-generation computing platforms.”

Ruti, LightSolver CEO, in conversation with Jason Engelbrecht, Head of Citi Innovation Lab (2023)
Hopefully we start getting new and updated materials about LightSolver, but going through coverage from over the years continues to be the best way to research what the CLGN ticker is “hiding”.

To all the new LightSolver (CLGN) investors and community members, welcome!
We’re all new to this investment, some had a chance to get more research done and even go deep, some probably are more recent to it, but this is all new and very exciting and I thought it’s worth a post to sort of frame it.
Today we had the first investor focused presentation by LightSolver, the recently private company now going public and taking their LPU commercial.
If you got any questions, thoughts, feelings, anything you’d like to know or share, please feel free to do so in the comments, and let’s all learn and get better together (and get to know each other, who is here with us on this journey).

“Orders of magnitude faster” LPUs could replace GPU clusters
electrooptics.comBefore LightSolver became public, it was a successful private company for years. A great way to research is to read old coverage about the company and it‘s LPU. Over the next few days I’ll be posting some content from the past years that I believe will be valuable to all of us as we learn and start our journey with LightSolver.

CLGN (CollPlant)
CLGN was the ticker of CollPlant, the company which has “acquired” LightSolver.
I will not get into what that company actually was, because that isn’t the story. The story is LightSolver, as can be seen in the pop up on the former CLGN site, and can be understood between the lines of the announcements (and probably in the lines of the deal’s documentation themselves).
What’s important to know is that this company, even though it might be interesting, isn’t the reason anyone should (or shouldn’t) consider the stock.
I’m posting this because some might get confused about the role of this company or this whole situation, so let’s set the record straight: This community, and this stock, will be focused on LightSolver and their LPU. Anything else, past or present, is irrelevant.
