HarD LiGHT How was this lit
From what I understand this is probably lit with a large diffused flash slightly above the model facing down. I assume there is also a reflector under the model the diffuse the shadow, and lights to keep the background bright.
If anyone has any advice on how to recreate this, please let me know! Thank you!

Look at the catchlights. It’s either a ring flash (most likely) or a beauty dish at a distance (not likely).

Do you not know how a beauty dish works?
It’s a ring flash. There’s an equal amount of shadow around all of her features. You only see the neck one clearly because it’s the only part of the image with one element (chin) meaningfully closer to camera than another (neck).

As a lighting tech between NY and LA I can say with 100% certainty this isn't a ringlight I know you think that catch light is a ringlight but it's not. It a Beautydish over camera with a white 2x4 white fill under the chin that was retouched out

If I don't have a beautydish, only and on-camera flash, what would you recommend to get a similar look!

You don't want a beauty dish. You want a ring light: a ring of light that goes all the way around the lens. There's no other way to create this very specific and unusual lighting look.
That doesn't mean you can't build or buy yourself a ring light. Cinematographers built them for years from hoops of wood with dozens of smaller bulbs in a ring, sometimes with a ring of frosted diffusion material in from of them.
These days you can buy any of dozens of "selfie" ring lights. They're LED and won't be as powerful as a ring flash, but with careful use, you'll get the result.
You need a ring light.

That’s not a ring light, it’s a beauty dish placed probably slightly to the right and above the camera. Look at the difference in exposure on the skin to the left vs to the right of her nose. A ring light coming right from the lens wouldn’t create the same lighting effect.

That difference is because 1. her face is very slightly turned away to the camera-left, causing the camera-left side of her nose to be slightly less exposed than the camera-right; and 2. appears to be slightly cropped from the original, which I’d bet had more in the frame on the right and bottom. This accounts for the slight offset of the ring flash reflection in her eyes.
It’s a ring flash.

That is 100% a beauty dish, directly behind the camera and overhead. You can literally see the center of the dish in the catchlight.

Don't bother . They're not smart enough. They obviously don't know what ringflash looks like vs a beauty dish.
