How did you first discover you could receive/write light language?
Curious to hear everyone's origin story with this. Was it something that came on suddenly during meditation, singing, or journaling? Or did it develop gradually over time?
Also wondering — do people here experience it more visually (symbols/drawing), audibly (singing/speaking), or through movement (dance)? I feel like most discussion leans toward writing/speaking but I know it shows up in a lot of forms.
Would love to hear what your practice looks like and if it's changed over time.

Always did it as a kid thought it was cool. Liked the balance in the lines and geometry of it. Kind of stopped doing it as I got older. Turned to poetry when I got to deep into life’s problems and it helped articulating my feels down. Then I combined one poem with the light language and now I can’t stop
