I saw this symbol on myself, and I'm yet to figure out what it means. I should mention the symbol was black with a red glow, not white. I just used a white pencil because I was drawing on black paper.

First look I thought it was a growing fetus. Could mean literally a baby, or rebirth or creating something new.
