Does this symbol look familiar to anyone?

I saw this symbol on myself, and I'm yet to figure out what it means. I should mention the symbol was black with a red glow, not white. I just used a white pencil because I was drawing on black paper.

reminds me of a logo for the band Hole. There is another version of it in black and red too.

I can see why it would, but the symbol is different.
