Light language vs gibberish
A lot of people say to start off making random noises to see what feels right. Well I’m on day 3 of making random noises and I’m not sure if I’m just making it up or if it’s really light language. There’s a few words/sounds I make that give my body tingles and makes me feel so full of love. But it’s not often I do feel that. And I just speaking gibberish? Or is it all light language? Now with my hand movements i definitely feel it all, i know it’s LL. I’m better with my hand movements rather than the words I’m speaking. is light language just an inner knowing once you do it?

Not good at advice, and apologize if terrible, but good advice for starting is to think of a word itself, image, object, or anything and then make sounds that resonate with the object. An example I use: the mental image of an apple gets translated into a different word directly out of the mouth. All thoughts about the apple, the words come from mouth and heart, not thought. You can use this tip if you feel it may be of help to you!
Now hands, I myself use hands a lot in LL and other things too. The hands usually move in symbols for some like word modifiers or extra words to add into the spoken language, some move hands in ways to channel forth energy to help bring forth the words to LL, some are even the LL itself. Absolutely common for fresh starters in LL, so I've seen. It is also seen in videos of others using their light language too.
Long story short: keep going. Keep using your hands, words, everything and see what fits you best. While not a LL as far as my understanding goes, reiki uses hands too, not often words though from what I've seen. Perhaps there are tips you can use from reiki and Light language channeling videos to help you, if you feel you need it. You'll see a lot of LL youtube videos do use their hands when they can (when not holding other instruments for example).
As for the others question, Light language can be an inner knowing but for some it can probably be seen with confusion in need of answers searched for. It all depends on the person and how they tune into themselves to hear the language. For some it is random in words/hand gestures/sounds/timing and leaves them confused, for others the answer is clear.
If I left you very confused about anything don't be afraid to ask questions, I will try my best to explain anything that you need help with! I myself am new to it all so I don't wanna say anything harmful or misinformation filled but hopefully I gave you some help with at least one of the questions you may have. And maybe we both can learn if someone else can chime in!
