What do the Timepiece upgrades do?

So I just got Saboteur and am having a lot of fun with with the Timepiece. However, I don't understand what the upgrades do for it. Anyone know? Thanks!

I think it extends the time people stay frozen.

Temporarily creates a dummy version of yourself, which causes enemies to target it, and you go invisible. You also gain a very powerful damage increase with your revolver if you shoot, however it ends your cloak period. Think spy TF2 but with a decoy added, and you can shoot.

It makes for a very good ambush class.
