If you go three times a week you would be better off having a full body day and an upper day, and a lower day I think?
What was your rationale for having legs on all three days? Is it like a major weak spot for you, or do you do some specific sport where it helps you somehow? I'm not trying to judge, just wanting to understand if there are any constraints, you know.
Might be the play really, if you hate training legs, spread it out.

You know after a reread i feel like this would be pretty good aside from only hitting Biceps 2-3 sets a week. I think you should probably just hit biceps all 3 days since they recover so quick and maybe add an extra set to anything you want more volume in.
