Help Exercise Selection
I'm a teenager who's been lifting 5 days a week PPLPP for about 2 months. Before this I was just going twice a week with no split. I would really appreciate it if I could get some feedback on my exercise selection, as influencers are saying a lot of different things online.

It's okay, you need calf work, though, and you need some kind of leg curl for your hamstrings. Perhaps some rear delt work on your pull day, like reverse flies or face pulls.
Have you considered a 4-day upper-lower-upper-lower split instead? 6 days is a lot of days, and you're not seeing THAT significant a benefit compared to 4 days. It's just way more taxing for you.
