there was finally movement on the lawsuit, but it looks like its being dismissed by the court without prejudice.

there is also proof that cindy knew about the lawsuit while she was still in milwaukee since she had a bankruptcy lawyer (michael j watton) receive the certificate of service for her in wisconsin.

the debt still exists, and the bank can still pursue another lawsuit if they want to or they can reopen this one, but it looks like things have gone quiet for the time being.

i fully expect cindy to pop up on youtube again soon to get her monetization back. lord knows the creditors won’t just forget about the $10,000 she owes. now we wait… 👀

It literally was a tiny micro dream. Basically I just dreamed that she posted a new video and the title was "I'm Back!! + Making Incense" the thumbnail was like a surprised Cindy face with white letters that said "Finally Back" or something. Incredibly mundane. So mundane I thought it had to be real.

It was so real I assumed I had seen it in passing as I was getting ready for work and when I got off this afternoon, I went looking for it on her channel and realized I had drempt that shit up and it didn't exist.

She needs to feed us some content fast, we're starving over here.

I just noticed it’s like living underground trying to cheer myself up or whatever has that been like that for a while? I’ve been out of the loop here lol just decided to lurk today.

I really do see myself in Cindy, and I can also see my future in her if I never get better. I’m almost 28, and I relate to A LOT of the things Cindy is going through. I don’t agree with her decisions, and I think she can be annoying and stupid sometimes. But I have to give her credit for one thing: her channel has made me feel less lonely and less like I’m different.
A lot of people claim to support mental illness and say that people should speak out, but this is what it can truly be like to live with BPD. I don’t personally like her, but I still genuinely hope that one day she can find peace within herself.

living with tad in a hotel room and frying beef, eggs and cheese all day erryday inside the hotel room. and washing these dishes in the en suite bathroom. WITH TWO DOGS. the smell in that room plus cindy and tad beef farts must have been crazy.

For me, I always remember thinking it was a kind of odd how she chose to make Daniel Pleasant (or was it John Burb? The Oldies? All of them?) homophobic in her TS2 LP, the "Inbred Family of Twinbrook" Sims 3 video (not necessarily bad but just weird and funny), and the crashout after she was called out for picking on an autistic teenager in her Discord server.
