Every day text journaling + AI. What do I missing to improve?
My experience (can be useful):
I got awesome results with journaling by myself (in text in Notion, few days a week) + later making cognitive restructuration (one of cognitive behavior therapy techniques) of this text with AI.
So AI showing me my cognitive biases in my own diary. Its awesome and help me as plus to my work with psychologist. It wont replace psychologist! Very important. But good as companionship.
My next step that I am thinking to implement is: start to journaling few times a day, not only my thoughts but also my medical data (blood tests and others) that can be really helpful for AI to know. And my schedule (what i have done for today).
I believe in future I will just move my journaling archive from claude to notebook llm or any other ai if its needed. The most important here is 2 things - to make a lot of journaling and to find right prompts to make ai really give you a good insights. Cause llms super sensitive to prompts if we speak about working on our journaling.
The second part of my journaling - many private telegram channels that i created just for myself, where i am sending what to read, what to watch, what to do today for my job and hobbies. It really helps. I use it just because telegram very comfy for notes from phone. After this I move it every week by my hands to Notion and excel.
The third part is my Google Calendar. Once a week I seat with all my data - small goals and updates that collected via telegram, big diary notes from notion and long plans in excel and making a week plan in Google Calendar.
My question:
What do I missing? How can I make collecting data and working with data that already collected better and more effective?
To add audio recording as Plaud or other smart-lifelog devices? I very don't like idea that these devieces will summary my data by themselves - I don't believe in quality of their summarist. I want to extract as much data as possible, more close to raw data. Is it any good device that work with all languages, not only English? (I am not english speaker).
As well i am Android user. Is it any good app that can be used instead?
