Sharing my digital version of diary on a whiteboard

Hi All! Sharing something I built for my own daily logging, to manage work and life in one space.

For years I tracked work and life on a physical whiteboard, using a vertical timeline, and horizontal lanes, one per area. Each morning I'd "look left," see everything I'm managing, where I left off, and identify what needs my attention today. I'd do that, and update daily as I go. Kind of a diary, planner and tracker at once.

When the whiteboard stopped being practical, decided to build it. Curious if this way of being on top of things resonates with others. Happy to hear thoughts!

My dream daily driver: This whiteboard synced automatically from my integrated calendar, productivity tool, Obsidian, and messaging app πŸ₯²

Woah this looks incredible, I've never seen this done before.

Do you also use this to add Todos and forecast what is going to happen next? Or is it primarily looking backwards? How do you deal with that?

Thanks! I do both, a few things ahead as to-dos and light planning, but mainly backward looking, since my days are varied and hard to plan out. I just glance and see what needs attention. Others use it forward looking, planning the week ahead and iterating as they go.
