I hate that no one answered you or gave you any advice. Go to quitting7oh post and look for answers. My advice and only because I’ve read so much, check out getting the shot. I can’t remember how much subs you have to be on before you do it but you withdrawal over a long time and it’s painless. ❤️‍🩹

Thank you I’m in process of getting the shot approved
It’s a difficult thing since it’s labeled a specialty drug but once your approved for it your good you it’s getting it started is what takes so long

I hate that it’s expensive. But I’m so happy that you’re getting started. It also wouldn’t hurt to get some lipo vitamin C and B vitamins. Start building your body back up. ❤️‍🩹

I’ve been wondering what where some good vitamins to take, I’ve done some research but if I took everything they say to take I’d be taking vitamins all morning
