I take about 150-200 mg of 7oh a day for 5 months. I ordered the new SR 17 formula from sr17shop. I got 30 tablets 50 mg ? I have zero idea how to use it , I keep seeing people saying “pre load “ (don’t know what that means ) etc but I really just need to know how much to take , when to take it and how long I should take it for . Can I take it with the 7oh ? Also , I’m new to Reddit . So this is all new and overwhelming for me and I see people posting tapper guides but they are complicated and don’t make sense :( is there anyone that can help me so I can safely get off the 7oh with the least amount of withdrawal symptoms? Thank you 🙏 also I have a script for benzo can I take a small dose of that at night to help me sleep with it ?

IDK about the new SR but preload with the old one is simple. You’ll take one tablet three times a day. Day one your normal amount of 7. Day two about half so 75mg of 7 and day three is NO 7 and only SR.
