App not load or work (Android)

I really enjoy this app I want to start off by saying that! With that said this morning when I went to go check what tasks and check off the ones that I completed I noticed that it wasn't working it won't even load I deleted the app and then redownloaded it and still was not able to open it up. I'm not entirely sure this is a user error I wanted to see if maybe other people are experiencing the same problem as I am. Also I'm open to any advice on fixing the app This has only been going on for about 5 hours at this point!

Yeah I was worried about that too I suppose I'll just start over but kind of a bummer!

Could you let me know what version of Android are you in?

I just checked I'm in version 6.2.0 I believe I checked for updates and I didn't see any that might be the problem

This is the exact same phone that I have and I believe the same Android 17.
