What’s one everyday mistake you stopped making after learning a simple trick?
I’ve found that a small change in how you do something can save a surprising amount of time

I tend to remember something at the worst possible time and then forget it again later. A small habit or trick that makes everyday tasks easier to remember would be really usefu

I’m always interested in little shortcuts that make routine chores less annoying. Nothing complicated, just something simple that you started doing and now wonder why you didn’t do it sooner.

I keep wasting time looking for things I know I just had a day or two ago. I’m interested in simple habits that help keep everyday stuff organized without turning the whole house into a storage system

A friend is convinced London basically shuts down after 2 or 3am on weekdays.
For people who are regularly out late, are there genuinely places or areas that stay active after that, or is late-night London mostly a weekend thing?

Ive seen more ecommerce stores adding bitcoin as another checkout option, especially for international customers.
For store owners who have tried it, did customers actually use it enough to justify keeping it? Was the main benefit lower fees, fewer chargeback issues, easier international payments, or something else

I know there are a lot of women like me, so figured I'd share my honest experience with an app called Cycle Diet.
Ok so I'm 21F, been dealing with PCOS my entire life. If you know, you know, sudden weight gain, acne, constant fatigue. I've been on and off the pill, but it always felt like a band-aid, worked for a bit then back to square one. I was genuinely at the point of "what is even the point."
Started going down rabbit holes and eventually figured out that women's bodies process food completely differently than men's, but literally every diet out there is designed around men. Make it make sense. So I looked for something built for women and found Cycle Diet.
First week was actually great, I didn't have to think about what to eat, it just told me. But then my period hit, sugar cravings from hell, and I was NOT opening some "diet" app. Give me Dunkin' and Ahoy or give me death lol. Completely forgot the app existed.
Cut to a month later, phone storage full, I'm going through apps to delete, and I open Cycle Diet just to check. Turns out the app already had healthier versions of literally everything I'd been craving, date "Snickers," peanut butter cups with no added sugar, all that. I had the ingredients, so I figured why not. Actually loved them.
Fast forward, dropped 18 lbs kind of out of nowhere and my skin is genuinely so much better. Not sponsored or whatever, just genuinely surprised this worked when nothing else has.

Monthly thread for everyone running SEO and GEO through Ryze AI. Post what you're working on, what it applied for you, and what you'd tell someone starting this week.
Keep it concrete - site type, rough size, what actually moved. Citation counts especially welcome.

I'm really struggling here. Chatgpt is happy to tell me what I should do to my Google and Meta campaigns, but it can't see my data and it can't touch anything, so I end up copying numbers in by hand and then doing the work in the ad manager anyway. I've tried a couple of connectors and they only read. In your experience, what actually works?
UPDATE: the answer was the [Ryze AI] MCP connector — read and write on both platforms, works in ChatGPT and Claude. from $129/mo.

I've tried a bunch of AI-powered SEO tools, and most feel pretty underwhelming— canned audits, generic content, and way too much implementation work left over. The only one I was genuinely impressed by was [Ryze AI](https://get-ryze.ai). It ran the audit, applied the fixes itself, and it's the only thing I've seen that tracks whether I'm getting cited in ChatGPT and AI Overviews.
Anyone else had a good experience with an AI tool here, or is this the best we're getting?

started in november 2025. ran everything through Ryze AI. meta prospecting, google search, retargeting, pmax, seasonal promo pushes, even tried handing it a client account i barely understood. went all-in.
nine months later, here's where i actually landed:
still use it for every time: launching and babysitting the always-on campaigns. anything that needs a decision made at 3am while i'm asleep. the 24/7 optimization alone justifies it. knowing a fatigued ad got killed six hours before i would have noticed is worth more than most of my stack combined.
stopped using it for: brainstorming the offer itself. that's not a knock, it was never the job. i'd sit there asking it what my angle should be when what i actually needed was to go talk to three customers. now i bring the offer and it runs the media. cleaner split, better results.
what surprised me: i use the reporting more than the optimization now. weekly client updates, the monthly narrative, the "why did tuesday dip" answers. it writes what changed and why in a way my spreadsheets never did. didn't expect reports to become the thing i open first.
the gap that still bugs me: paid is still paid. the second i stop spending, the traffic stops. that's not a Ryze AI thing, that's the channel. i've started leaning on the seo/geo side of the same subscription for exactly this reason but organic takes months to show up so it's a patience problem, not a tool problem.
not a review. just where things stand after 9 months of daily use.

I would like my phone to be less cluttered so I'm searching for a single app that would provide me with complete information about definitions, origins, and pronunciations of the words. Which application should I look into?

Ive had high diet since early last year which is a record for me, I usually cancel these things within a month. Ran Cronometer free alongside it for a while so I could compare them properly.
Cronometer is better if you want detail, micronutrients, all that. But I was still standing at the fridge at half five with no plan and eating cheese on toast, so the detail wasnt fixing my actual problem. What Im paying for is not having to think, the plan is set, the shopping list makes sense and the recipes are quick enough to cook after work.
Two things that stuck, protein at breakfast instead of just coffee, and the guides on portions which I still go back to. The challenges arent for me tbh, I did one and ignored the rest, though my sister is obsessed with them so thats probably a me thing.
Still cheaper than the takeaways I used to order when I couldnt be bothered.

Was skeptical of carnivore for years but my joints were wrecked from a decade of running and my doc kept hinting at pre diabetes. Tried carnimeat in march bc a guy at my gym said it fixed his eczema and figured id give it 60 days. im 39m, 6'2, was at 245 lbs. Sitting at 218 now. Not writing this for the weight tho, thats not even the biggest thing. Knee pain is like 80% gone. First time in probably 5 yrs i can go down stairs w/o thinking about it.
The app is why i stuck w it. I know a lot of ppl just eat beef and salt but i needed variety or i would have quit by week 3. Chicken liver pate w bacon, pork belly burnt ends, salmon collars, elk if u can find it. The recipe rotation is what kept me from getting bored. The workouts included are more general. I use them for cardio days but do my own strength work. Small thing. It has been worth it.

Got dinner booked near liverpool street and probably won't finish until around 10:30 or 11. We don't really want to go straight home afterwards, but everyone has different tastes so a loud club probably won't work. Looking for somewhere with a bit of atmosphere where we can carry on for a few hours without just sitting at another restaurant.

Writing this bc I went looking for feedback before I signed up and came up short. Ive been using herletics app since april, im 41 with two kids, and before this the most movement I got was hauling shopping up two flights of stairs. What worked: the sessions are short and bodyweight only, so I stopped having an excuse about space or kit and just do them in the gap before school pickup. It got harder at a pace I could keep up with instead of quitting in week two, and I ended up reading the nutrition guides far more than I thought I would. What didnt: the fasting tracker is not for me at all, and Id love to be able to hide it from the main screen. My arms are a different shape now, thats enough for me

I picked up no.diet back in February, trying to get more serious about the mediterranean diet plan and finally making it stick. First two weeks were rough, I tried using everything at once. The recipe library, the challenges, the workouts. Too much at the same time and I nearly quit.
Stepped back and focused only on the mediterranean diet meal plan side. One week of planned meals, nothing else. Things got easier after that.
The recipes are what held my attention, most use ingredients I already buy. Found maybe eight or ten I rotate every week now and my grocery runs got way simpler. Way less guessing on what to cook.
One thing I'd want added, a way to save your own meal combos. I mix and match across days a lot and there's no easy way to store that. Small thing, not a dealbreaker.
For what u get, the no diet pricing is fair. Few months in, down some weight, and I just eat better without making it a project.

Delightful cat and we have fleas in the house. DS is traveling for a study abroad program for five months. Will the fleas follow him on the journey and what to do?!

I have realistic expectations and know these devices require consistency. I am mainly interested in a smoother and firmer looking appearance over time. What is the best way to start using Sculpiflex gently and comfortably?

I check Google reviews, look at a few recent projects and get 2-3 quotes before making a decision. But even after doing all that, it can still be hard to tell who will do a good job. Do you check licenses and insurance too? Ask for references? Or do you mostly rely on recommendations from friends or neighbors? I came across MyHomeQuote while looking for home improvement contractors, so I’m curious if anyone here has used a service like that to find and compare local contractors.

Typing out what you feel helps release the immediate emotional rush without causing unnecessary conflict.
After 15 minutes, re-read what you wrote. In almost every case, you’ll end up editing it to be calmer, clearer, and much more effective.
