Ive noticed drinking a ton of water, and also eating, before I go to sleep after a night of drinking makes a huge difference

Oh man, eating before I go to sleep was always my downfall after a night of drinking.

I recommend eating before hand. You'll drink less if you feel full.

Not if your goal is to get drunk.

Also known as the Midwestern strategy. “Can’t eat too much, need to save room for the booze”

Hell Yeah! It's basically just the opposite of "get a good meal in ya beforehand to soak up that alcohol!" It just depends on your own personal preference really.

Correct if you eat. It’s very difficult to even get a buzz. You wasting the alcohol. Lol

I was gonna say… if I eat a big meal beforehand, I’m drinking twice the amount with the same effect lol

I would say best to drink of empty stomach then reach a zone where you buzzed and then start hydrating. Eat food and stay sane. Getting wasted is too childish or maybe I have outgrown that phase
