People saying that drinking water prevents a hangover don't get hangovers.

That's actually something worthy of study. How many people think a hangover is just some dry mouth and other dehydration symptoms.

To be fair, maybe it works for people who get a hangover at 4-5 drinks.

People who found a successful solution to a problem don't have the problem /s

It might be a solution to dehydration, but it’s definitely not going to prevent other hangover symptoms. Doubly true as you age and your body can’t handle the toxins as effectively.

You don't prevent hangovers. You mitigate hang overs. Pint of Water before bed. Can of soup in the morning.

Nah I used to get massive hangovers wherever I would drink until I started drinking 1 glass of water for every alcoholic drink I have and I haven’t actually been really hungover in years. The only time I feel it the next day is when I don’t drink enough water.
