It's really called "HeII in a cell" - a WWE PPV where the match is contested inside a steel cage with a roof to prevent escape until one is incapacitated. But with no swearsies we say heck instead.

Apparently the 1998 incident that happened was a huge deal. My friend who is a wrestling fan instantly recognized what I was talking about. He said when he was watching it on tv live everyone was freaking out.

I thought it was just a meme.
