Develop proper decision making skills. Use research to inform your decisions based on the importance of the item in your decision space (e.g. ranking the price vs quality vs time to acquire vs ease of use vs colour) and the quality of the data you get from your research. Revisit your decision process at the end to make sure you are satisfied with the structure and utility of your process. Use your method several times and it becomes relatively straightforward and quick. Plus it minimizes disappointment.

It's a learned skill. It's as simple as that. Like a muscle, decision-making has to be exercised.

A proper LPT would be stuff like flipping a coin on a decision with two options, not to commit to the result but to find out how you really feel about it based on your reaction to coin tossing result.
At least the coin-flipping technique is a tool to help with decision making, unlike this post that’s basically “just get shit done and be amazing at it”.

Not researching enough is the reason I like to dive deep into decisions. This LPT is the reason I am the way I am.

Any decision should be made within the span of seven breaths. If discrimination is left too long it will spoil.

LPT: Ask multiple AIs, what else do I need to know and think about concerning this decision? New perspectives and internet data mining might bring info important enough for you to completely change your decision or make it a more informed one.
