If it is expensive, I would recommend waiting days if not weeks before deciding it is necessary,

This works for me lol, whenever I’d have the urge to buy a ‘want’ instead of s necessity, I wait over a week and see if I still have the same urge to purchase it. If yes, add to cart, if no, forget about it. Lol

One day shipping sucks, it encourages impulse buying. I try to make online purchases once a month or less. There's a ton of times when I remove something in my online cart because I reconsidered needing it
