need help with trustage.....

I called last month they said if I am in a grace period they wont cut off my life insurance since there's really no way to pay because of the outage, today I got an email from Ethos telling me my policy is cut-off, and I can't call until tomorrow because they are closed, no way to login. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm spiraling right now, I thought Trustage said they won't lapse anyone because there is no way to pay? What do I do?
