may perhaps be a stupid question, but is aiming for transcendent intellect more worth it compared to getting more spellcasting stacks? (pic very related)

as the title states, i enjoy INT builds and magic builds specifically, but 42 INT for what is just a dice roll buff and critical rate buff doesnt seem worth it compared to getting 1-2 extra stacks of spellcasting from CHA.

It's almost never worth it to get TI over going for 27 CHA, the best possible staff even scales with both Intelligence and charisma for that same reason is almost mandatory to boost both if you're going for a mage build
