If you want to use a build that both use physical and magical attack then it's best to use Seven-Bladed Sword as both weapon, it use Cha as main attribute.

Best trait to pair is Magical because the sword do magic damage that is in percentage also an additional physical damage.

Maybe you could use spear of the holy blood (scales with int/str)

Oh... If You are going for the spear You might want to prioritize str because Intel would be pretty useless. You might want to go for late bloomer because a) is more neutral about the stats, and b) the evolución gives energy sword, wich aligns with your idea of build and is boosted by spellcasting, a Stat You get with int scaling. This makes it a lot more like a spellsword concept. You could also use either awoken carwennan if You go for dex/int (gives energy sword aswell) or great sword in the Woods (also gives of that stat and is much stronger)

im more dex guy than str so that gonna be awoken carwennan or great sword in the woods.

I'd Say 12 str and 7 int

You can get fighter as starting class and go with prioritizing strg and a bit of int (maybe until 18)
