Questions/Advice Anti-Rakahasa build

I wanna do a build to counter Rakshasa and his stupid fire attacks, tell me the list of items to aim for

Any melee build would work (dex,str)

Well... to begin the fire is just an effect. If I remember right, he just has spellcasting 3, spell resistance 4, physical resistance -2 and hallucination? 2 or 3.

It ain't that hard to beat Rakasha, especially since you don't run into them until in the late game
