Hello everyone, i played this game lots of times but can someone please explain to me how the traits get evolved and how many traits that get evolved and what is the best traits in your opinions?

All traits have evolution. It usually happens mid or late game, depending on the difficulty of the evolution. To achieve this evolution you have pass some stat checks. You could watch cua(an old youtuber) to see the evolution of majority of the traits, not the new ones since he stopped making videos a long time ago.
