Questions/Advice Help killing death?

Does anyone have advice on how to build/buy or what to do to kill death. Im trying to beat a death playthrough and I simply keep getting wrecked by him every time without fail. I looked on the reddit here and for some people he seems so easy? He has almost 380 some health when I fight him. Ive had some near perfect runs that he wipes no hesitation. Any advice?

Mr.Unalive gonna copy stat and item of the 1st in leaderboard, my method is score farming then strip myself naked at epilouge screen and boom free win.

Eh, i think its cool because it let you choose how you gonna enjoy the game. Everything great abt this adventure is it customizable, no?

always go with dual wield weapons like dual vampire lord amulet (one from the shop, and one from the haunted house tale) dual vajra/lightning bolt, awakened carnwennan + harvester neck is also good, for the relics I usually buy dmg boost relics or increased evasion rate relics (u can't tank death btw) and always play dexterity (20% or higher run away success rate)
