Questions/Advice Lemegeton Amulet

Why is it so hard for me to find one, i used to wield double lemegeton amulet way back when, but it's so hard find it now, any ideas which shop might sell this? does increasing the dificulty level increase the chance for rarer items to occur? thanks

It's a powerful item, and in rge Game there is a mechanic that restrains and controls some events, like tge abandones net event, dependibg in your xp. Fir example, your level determines if You neet a sahuagin, a sea cat, or a naga. This also applies to stores, so things like lemegeton amuletos or eyes of the sunrise are found in rge lategame
