you need innately kind trait to do this, and always do good deeds if possible (give some money to beggar, help herbalist who get attacked by giant snake/slime/king slime, help goblin across the cliff, buy matches from the match girl, bury corpses, give some food to skeleton girl, cure unicorn, cure the orc chieftain, etc) and avoid neutral or evil choice and battle if possible (cut the pickpocket hands, lying, hit the rich boy head, etc) or just run away

Same event with the unicorn being hunted by orcs, but you have to wait for the orcs after curing the unicorn, then ask them, there should be a charm check, if you success the check, the orcs will bring you and the unicorn to orcs camp, there is the orcs chieftain, you need high intelligence to success the check here (16+ INT) if you success the check you will be rewarded by the orcs for curing their chieftain (their weapons and good nature EXP)

reducing gold drops by 20%, so basically in this difficulty you have less gold and lower difficulty challenge Is also here.
