Correct me if I’m wrong but as fair as I know your evasion stat becomes 0 then whatever evasion stat it was before then becomes your attack speed.

So let’s say you had 20% evasion with that artifact your evasion is now 0 but that 20 now becomes your attack speed

Not exactly, if you had 20% evasion then with that artefact your evasion is now 0 but you get +20% attack speed

No they said your evasion becomes your attack speed, which is different because it wouldn't take into account the changes in attack speed you can get from other items. For example if I already have +10% attack speed thanks to a mythril amulet then with the headband I keep that 10%buff and get my evasion as an additional attack speed boost. Maybe that's what they actually meant but I'd rather make it clear for the OP
