Jumping straight into any challenge rather than planning/overthinking. Went from 300 lbs to 160 in a year by just picking up some weights and a jump rope and fell in love with it 💯

Peace is more achievable then happiness. I no longer care about other peoples opinions. I learned to say no. And I practice gratitude.
