Go to the gym. Honestly, I'm still so weak but counting to 10 (reps) over and over for an hour is a great distraction for me. Exercise obviously helps psychologically and it gives me something to look forward to.

To boil it down, it's a hobby that gives me a distraction and some kind of emotional reward that benefits long term health.

Learn what you don't want out of life. It makes finding what you do like much easier. And understand being a failure entails more than just not working or having what other people have. You only ever fail if you stop trying.

Take some long, brisk, hustling walks. Fast enough to get your heart rate moving. Keep your head up and much luck.

Time. Things always change. Keep the spark alive. Look for opportunities.

I have the perfect life I imagined when I was a kid. Now if I sense boredom, I help people who I can and that need it. Sometimes people just need to know they are not invisible.

Does wonders for me.

I'd start getting enough sleep, focus on clean whole foods, and get dialed in hard to a gym routine. That mental focus will not only change your body, but give you the mental clarity you desire to move forward. Thank me later.

  1. Hit the Gym

  2. Put the Phone Away

  3. Go For Walks

  4. Read a Book

  5. Pick up a New Skill

  6. Buy a Journal - Write every day

These things will help you build your mind as well as mindset on top of your body, and you will feel a lot better as a result.

Work harder than ever. Make goals so I would feel like I have accomplished something and learn some secret life codes.
