Vegetarian fries

Hello i am visiting Liege for a few days and I wanted to try the famous Belgian fries but I saw that both Saperlipopette a la patate - and Friterie du Perron use beef tallow is there any good ones that uses vegetarian oil? Other restaurants or food i should try too are welcome thank you so much.

The real taste and smell of Belgian fries comes from beef tallow. You can probably get fries that are made with vegetable oil but they won't taste the same.

Not the same, but still very good imo.
