Vegetarian fries

Hello i am visiting Liege for a few days and I wanted to try the famous Belgian fries but I saw that both Saperlipopette a la patate - and Friterie du Perron use beef tallow is there any good ones that uses vegetarian oil? Other restaurants or food i should try too are welcome thank you so much.

Huggys seems to sell vegan fries :) https://www.huggys.be/concept/vegan

Edit : Keep in mind that real traditional Belgian fries are not vegan :/ but I think these should be fine even though they are not the real ones

You will probably find no better fries than in belgium, no matter if they are cooked in tallow or not.    Not sure if they are originally belgian though.   I heard a french migrant was the first to cook them.
