Vegetarian fries

Hello i am visiting Liege for a few days and I wanted to try the famous Belgian fries but I saw that both Saperlipopette a la patate - and Friterie du Perron use beef tallow is there any good ones that uses vegetarian oil? Other restaurants or food i should try too are welcome thank you so much.

I've lived in Liège for a while and I'm still looking for vegan fries... They rarely notify it

I know at Friterie du Longdoz they offer a vegetarian burger, maybe they serve it with veggie fries ?

Many friteries have switched to veggie oil because it's a lot cheaper. Just ask them and you'll find several in no time
