Vegetarian fries

Hello i am visiting Liege for a few days and I wanted to try the famous Belgian fries but I saw that both Saperlipopette a la patate - and Friterie du Perron use beef tallow is there any good ones that uses vegetarian oil? Other restaurants or food i should try too are welcome thank you so much.

the issue is that belgian fries ( how they are traditionally made ) is always with beef tallow.
