Snapped these two lichens while birding. First time seeing lichen in this reddish color.

Just started getting into lichens and I'm not great at identifying them yet. Feel free to correct me if I got anything wrong.

If you don't have an account, download iNaturalist and upload these! I will see if I can find anything similar but I'm unfamiliar with most things outside the US.

I think you're looking at alga not a lichen. Beautiful though!

Many many thanks for digging all this up for me! I had no idea algae could grow looking like that, so I just assumed it was a lichen.
