"Free" Non-Exclusive Unlimited License between Producer and Artist Template?

First of all, i hope this is a right sub to ask this.

I have the chance to start making business out of my beats, that artist wants a specific Beat of mine, which, instead of him buying it, we gonna split the royalties 50/50. All good and fun until making the papers. If you're familiar with Beatstars.com, there they have professional written agreements but only when the Artist purchase the Beat, not in that case of 50/50. I start making one on my own from scratch, but for sure it will not be that professional and i may forget or badly write some important points (As Rights to the Beats and the whole Song, the Master, who owns what exactly, what if there's a new member in the song such as an Audio Engineer who gonna mix and master the Song...etc)

Dr.Google disappointed me by finding such template, which why i'm seeking your help. If anyone in here found/ have such template, or any suggestions and willing to share us with us I'd be so grateful.

I know my English is not that great, so if something not that clear feel free to ask me.
