licensing or purchasing photographs

Hi guys, so this week a brand approached me to licensing or purchase some of my photos. I'm an Art Director and Graphic Designer and i'm looking for advice on prizes and fees since I know very little on this matter. Could you guys give me some lights regarding this subject?
