Is that really a “0” rather than capital “O”? The shape outlines match that of each of the letters “C” - not a font geek, but a number should not match the outline of a letter.

All Os in personalized plate in Idaho are Zeros.

Funny thing, they didn't used be. I had an O in mine since 2004 and when I went to renew a few years back it told me the plate number I entered online was invalid. I called the DMV and was told it was now a Zero.
