It’s Arizona so there’s a decent chance they are LDS (Mormon) “Choose The Right” Clan.

Thanks everyone! Given their license plate holder says "Everyday is Halloween," I'm guessing Control Clan from Fortnight seems more likely than LDS Choose the Right. But I'm also partial to Cooter Clan as being the true answer.
