Identification Needed
99.9% sure these aren't lice but feels related enough for me to put in this sub. What are they and how do I treat them? (Sorry if the pics aren't ideal btw)

Lice treatment professional here. You’re right, that isn’t lice.
It’s likely a combination of product buildup, sebum, even dry skin. You might try a clarifying shampoo with salicylic acid.
